The DC48V T6 broiler house lighting system uses aviation-grade glue and IP67 sealing to resist humidity, washdowns, impact, ammonia, and acid exposure, reducing water ingress and premature replacement. A PC cap clip, stainless-steel plate, and clamp hold the tube at three points so long runs remain secure. Male and female fast-connect fittings shorten installation and make an individual section easier to disconnect and service.

• Uniform Lighting for Broiler Chickens

Heavy 2.5 mm² wiring limits voltage drop on extended cable runs, helping fixtures farther from the power source maintain brightness closer to the rest of the row. The DC48V architecture and 0.5%-100% flicker-free dimming allow smoother house-wide intensity changes, reducing abrupt transitions and visibly uneven zones.

• Lighting Program for Broiler Chickens

Switchable red and white output allows one fixture system to support different lighting stages instead of requiring separate color circuits. Matching the T6 with AMB 100W, 200W, or 300W 0-10V drivers keeps the light and power components within a compatible system, reducing specification checks and simplifying schedule control.

• Scalable LED Poultry Lighting System

The T6 is available in 60 cm to 240 cm lengths with customizable lamp-cap colors. Tube size, fast-connect cable routing, and mounting hardware can be selected by barn section, reducing installation rework when rows have different dimensions. A service life of more than 80,000 hours extends planned replacement intervals, and the 5-year warranty provides defined product coverage.
