BU140C Poultry House LED Bulbs
The BU140C poultry house LED bulbs use a 145° optic to spread light across the litter and reduce dark areas where birds may cluster, providing broader usable floor coverage from each mounting point. The smooth housing is easier to wash, while the lightweight bulb is easier to handle during installation and replacement, reducing routine cleaning and service time.
High-efficiency 0.5W 2835 SMD LEDs deliver 190-195 lm/W, lowering the connected lighting load when the required illumination can be achieved with fewer watts. The aluminum heat-sink base moves heat away from the LEDs to support stable output, while PC or PMMA covers resist ammonia and impact, reducing damage in demanding barns.
Flicker-free 0-100% dimming lets farms change light levels gradually instead of relying on abrupt on/off steps. IP67 sealing protects the bulb during high-pressure washdowns, reducing moisture-related failures. DC48V and AC110V/220V versions can match different electrical systems without redesigning the power supply. More than 50,000 hours of rated life and a 5-year warranty extend replacement intervals and provide defined coverage.
szAMB supports bulb-layout planning around the 145° beam and helps customers select the appropriate AC triac or DC48V 0-10V version for broiler, layer, or breeder houses. DC models can be matched with an external 0-10V driver, while schedule and dimming settings can be planned for the application. The BU140C carries a 5-year warranty.
